Waddle Inn keeps what it needs to run the game and nothing more. No ads, no trackers, no analytics.

Who we are
Waddle Inn (waddle-inn.com) is run by the Waddle Inn team. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
This website
The website and the player manual load no scripts from other sites, set no cookies and use no analytics. Fonts and pictures are served from our own server. Like every web server, ours writes a log of requests (IP address, time, the page asked for and your browser's name) to keep the site secure and to fix faults.
What the game stores
- Your penguin: its name, motto, look, Krill, items, rooms, skills, progress, friends and clan, and when it was created and last played.
- Wallet addresses: if you sign in with a wallet, its public address on Terra Classic, an EVM chain or Solana, and the signed sign-in message that proves it is yours. We never see your private keys or seed phrase.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, Google tells us an account identifier and nothing more: no password, and we don't ask for your name, e-mail or contacts.
- NFTs and payments: which LUNC Penguins, Land Deeds and other Waddle Inn NFTs your wallets hold, read from public blockchain data, and the transactions you make in the game.
- Chat: room chat is kept for 30 days so moderators can look into reports, then deleted. A report keeps a copy of the chat lines around it until it is handled.
- Connection data: your IP address is used while you are connected, to limit abuse (rate limits and bans).
Cookies and local storage
The game sets one cookie, wi_session, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is needed for the game to work and is not used for tracking. Your settings, such as sound volume, are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
Guests
A guest penguin keeps no wallet or Google link. Guest penguins that have not been played for a month are deleted.
Other services
- Blockchains: wallet sign-in, NFTs and payments use public blockchains. What is written there is public and can't be deleted by anyone, including us.
- Wallet apps: your wallet (for example Keplr, Station, MetaMask or Phantom) is your own software with its own privacy policy. Connecting a wallet through WalletConnect passes through the WalletConnect relay run by Reown.
- Google: if you choose Google sign-in, Google's privacy policy covers what happens on Google's side.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
Why we use it
To run the game you asked to play (your account, progress and sign-in), and to keep it safe and fair for everyone (moderation, abuse limits and security logs).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account, and you can object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. If you live in the EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
