A home on the Igloo Terrace
The outer part of Moon Isle's Upper Ring is a snowy village of building lots along little streets. Hold a Land Deed, an NFT on Terra Classic, and you can build an igloo there: one igloo for each deed, for good.
The rarer the deed, the bigger the home
284 lots in five sizes. Pick any free lot of your deed's size, then a look. The look can change later, the lot can't.

A deed's resources add trims: a wooden door, a stone base, quartz windows, a cotton awning, an ore lamp. A ⭐ deed's igloo sparkles and flies a flag.
Inside, it's your room
An igloo is a room like your rooms in the inn: furnish it, lock it, give it a password or building rights. Walk up to any igloo's door to step in. Each shows its name and owner above the dome.
Put out a Tip Jar so visitors can thank you, or a Prize Pot to play for Krill on the igloo's games. The 50 igloos with the most visitors in a week make the ranking.
The home follows the deed: sell or send it, and the igloo goes with it. Your furni go back into your cabinet.
The daily harvest
Each igloo yields its deed's resources once a day: rarer deeds give more, and a ⭐ deed one more of each. Turn them into land furni at the workshop, which the shop doesn't sell, trade spare resources at the Isle Grand Exchange, or pay the blacksmith in ore.

The Land Bank
1% of every fee the inn takes goes into the Land Pool: shop purchases, cable car fares, vehicle rents, repairs, workshop fees and the Grand Exchange's market fee. It is shared out the moment it is paid among the igloos people live in, more for bigger lots: a legendary igloo has ten times the share of a common one.
